Where to find money for Italian economy?

I see two possible sources:
  • Tax evasion cost the Italian state more than €100bn a year. It's a huge figure. So deal with reducing it.
  • 20 per cent of Italian real estate is estimated to be owned by the Church and the Vatican. Its more than 100,000 properties include almost 9,000 schools, 2,300 museums and libraries, 4,700 clinics and hospitals, and numerous hotels, stores and travel agencies. Impose taxes on church and the Holy See. They should share the burden of crisis with the ordinary people. If Mario Monti's government manages to make it a law, Italy will get 100 mln Euros per year.
